procedure for referals:
- Our top
candidates will be chosen based on your job description.
- Applicants
will be discussed and interview times are scheduled with the
hiring authority.
- A follow-up
phone call will take place after the last interview.
PERMANENT
PERSONNEL
The reason to hire through an employment agency is to eliminate
the burden of screening applicants and checking references.
When you place your job requirements with Personnel Plus, you
will find the experienced staff will send only skilled candidates
for you to interview. Hiring through an agency is cost effective,
as only qualified applicants will be referred. Your new employee
is guaranteed for the first 30 days of employment.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH
For your more professional/technical placement we offer in depth
recruiting both locally and nationally. Your new employee is guaranteed
for the first 30 days of employment.
TEMPORARY
SERVICES
You may need a temporary employee to fill in during a regular
employee's vacation, illness, training session, or for that special
project. Personnel Plus meets all responsibility for employee
tax, workers compensation and insurance. We will bill you an hourly
rate based on the position. If you are not satisfied with the
temporary employee within four hours, we will replace that person
at no cost to you.
TEMPORARY
TO PERMANENT POSITIONS
When your company is in need of a permanent employee, yet you
are hesitant of hiring immediately, may we suggest our "Try
Before You Hire" or "Working Interview" plan? Personnel
Plus will bill you an hourly rate based on the position. If you
decide to hire permanently, a conversion fee will be applied.
EMPLOYEE
LEASING
Employee Leasing is rapidly gaining popularity throughout the
country. The client company transfers its employees to the payroll
of a leasing company. You maintain the control of day-to-day work
activities of the employees. Personnel Plus will be responsible
for Payroll, Tax Deposits, Quarterly Filings, Unemployment Insurance,
Workers Comp, Benefits Package, and Direct Deposit. Freedom from
these duties reduces stress and shifts the responsibility to an
outside source. Think Employee Leasing and compare your time and
costs to ours.
FEES FOR
SERVICE
Charges are based on the type of position, salary, and length
of assignment for temporary help. All fees are quoted individually
when you place a job order with our firm. This allows us to be
flexible depending on the circumstances and your company's needs.
